The most reknown theater of german language
The Burgtheater, right in the heart of Vienna, opposite of the City Hall, behind the Imperial Palace. The repertoire includes traditional and modern productions of classics as well as contemporary plays. More than 50 further theaters and cabaret stages, some of them also in english language, invite you to join.

Seasonal Activities
Each summer thousands of visitors are delighted by the Open-Air Festival on the big square in front of the City Hall when giving movies of opera, concert and theater productions on a big screen. In advent the same square changes into the biggest christmas market of Vienna. More markets during advent, like the one at Schönbrunn Palace or in the gardens of Belvedere Palace make this time of the year a very special one.
